Ascari Training and Consulting Ltd is a specialist learning and development provider of business skills especially sales and customer service. We have worked with many clients across many countries improving the skills of their front line and back office teams. Some of the training we are asked to develop and deliver will lead to qualifications or certification meaning a longer relationship with learners. To help grow our clients employees we will collect, store and process data in order to provide a professional service to our customers and their learners.
What information do we hold
The information we hold at Ascari Training and Consulting Ltd is obtained directly from our clients and their learners and will vary depending on the services we have been contracted to deliver on behalf of our clients
The personal information we may collect and hold may include

- Your postal address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses
- Your employment details
- Your interests
- Records of your attendance on training modules
- Learning test results where applicable

We use your data for a number of training activities including:
- Providing development and delivery of training services contracted with our clients
- Conducting research, surveys and feedback on the training and consulting we deliver
- Contacting you before, during or after a training event to which you have been enrolled

Data retention
We will keep clients and learner’s persona information for as long as the client is a customer of Ascari Training and Consulting Ltd
After a client stops being a customer we may keep the data for up to 10 years for the following reasons:
- To respond to questions from clients or learners or because of client requirements
- To retain qualification or certification or test results for evidence
Your rights and changes to this policy
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data which Ascari Training and Consulting Ltd holds about you.
- This is called a Subject Access Request and must be made to the Data Protection Officer whose contact details are provided at the bottom of this Privacy Notice
- Have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request that we remove your personal data (other than name, achievement details)
