When to train and when to coach?
At Ascari we are the view that it depends on the client’s needs.
Training is both effective and efficient when there are several participants with the same or similar needs. Whereas coaching is best suited to small numbers of participants, or even just one or two participants when coaching is personalised to the specific needs of each individual.
Naturally, starting out as a sales training company, we are very experienced in providing one on one sales coaching. That can take the form of territory based sales executive coaching, or outbound telesales coaching and of course inbound telesales coaching.
