I know that Oli has done one of these courses also. But I thought that I would add that in having already done one of these with one of my dealers that was not gelling as a whole team (I think that’s fair to say) all people connected with the department need to be present. It is vital that the drivers and pickers also attend. I am confident that both Will and Rich will agree that these are possibly the individuals who really shone in the training!

The outcome of this training has now produced a team that communicates, understands each other’s roles and problems and is generally far happier at work!!

I only have good things to say about this training and I know that if the department members of the dealer that we held the training at were asked, they would agree!!

Another success has been the introduction of diagnostics courses at two levels. At the basic level  – “ Strategy Based Diagnostics” items such as briefing and documentation are covered, with both reception and technical staff participating.
