Wayne Poole

Wayne Poole is a central figure at Ascari and has been for over 20 years. Primarily as a lead facilitator Wayne has trained and worked in Service Sales and Parts environments in both the franchised and non-franchised arenas.

Having a strong technical background Wayne moved from the workshop to customer service then service management and then out of the franchised network into parts and accessories retailing before moving into sales.  Wayne has worked in UK, Europe and the Middle East for the team providing training and consulting to some of the world’s super powers in vehicle manufacturing and retailing.

Wayne is not only a highly skilled and motivational trainer he is a past champion in single seater motor racing as well as running a multiple championship winning Formula Ford racing team when he is not training or consulting.
